Jim Rogers on gold

Legendary investor Jim Rogers talks to Bloomberg about gold, commodities and the inflationary disaster ahead for the US.

Jim Rogers: Cash is King

I love how Jeff avoids the first question Jim asks. The look on his face and the pause tells me that his boss told him "Oh shit change the question". The News isn't to inform the people, it is a way for Big Brother to get their point acrosseed on why they do what they do. If the truth were to come out, it would be so hard to take that people would insist it was a lie until they believed them selves. The news makes me sick, Jim is the only honest part of the broadcast.

JIM ROGERS - THE DOLLAR IS DOOMED!! WAKE UP THIS IS A PLANNED COLLAPSE!!

THE FEDERAL RESERVE IS A PRIVATE BANKING CARTEL www.endthefed.us 11/22/08 IN 38 CITIES. END-THE-FED, END-THE-FED, END-THE-FED...call your rep tell them to support and co-sponsor hr 2755 to Abolish the Federal Reserve System.

The truth is injecting money into the system IS beneficial. But overdo it and it causes hyperinflation. UNDERdo it and it will have no effect. If this recession ran its full course, America would have probably known unemployment rates soaring up to 25% just like in 1929, so although Bernanke's actions running the Fed weren't perfect, they were far from harmful.

This is what is going on in America:

If you have a pyramid of cheerleaders, and one on the bottom a painful hip and is fighting off the pain, no one knows. But when the pain and hip become too much, it collapses and the house comes crashing down. Well, so it is with America. Many people do not know what is going on; and/or, they are in denial because their life is not affected by what's going on. But when it collapses, there is no intermediate life jacket. Many ppl will be caught by surprise.

Jim Rogers : Let the Fannie and Freddie go bancrupt

Jim Rogers in interview with Bloomberg said that government has no authority to buy Fannie and Freddie stocks and should have allowed them to go under. He said also that Paulson and Bernanke hear only Wall Street but don't care about inflation and the rest of Americans.

Jim Rogers is right on target. We can't bail out the world! Whats so damn bad about bankruptcy? Let the banks go to Consumer Credit Counseling, work out some payment plans and let them get back on their feet. If the damn banks and mortgage companies would work out something with the customers instead of foreclosing...something is better than nothing...this will work it's way out to where everyone wins. But the bailout only helps the crooks.

Jim Rogers: Ireland should go bankrupt!

RT talks to author, financial commentator and investor Jim Rogers about the debt-stricken Ireland and EU's attempts to save it.

i agree . let the banks go down the tube let capatalism work the way it should work . let the stupid and incopetant go bankrupt and the system is self cleaning . tamper with the system by bailout and the system just plugs itself up many times worse .

also as you said the government is corrupt the same way just about all governments are corrupt . im canadian and we have a bad one here . i say this even though im right wing . our government is selling us out .

Who is Jim Rogers ?
James "Jim" Rogers was born in Oct. 19, 1942 and grew up in Demopolis, Alabama .Jim Rogers started trading the stock market with $600 in 1968.In 1973 he formed the Quantum Fund with the legendry investor George Soros before retiring, a multi millionaire at the age of 37. Rogers and Soros helped steer the fund to a miraculous 4,200% return over the 10 year span of the fund while the S&P 500 returned just 47%. They ran what is considered to be one of the first truly global macro hedge funds. . In 1964 he got his first job on Wall Street at Dominick & Dominick in the summer between high school and Yale University, that's how he got his first experience with stocks and bonds. He immediately fell in love with the job. After Oxford, he returned to the U.S. and joined the army in 1970 he returned to Wall Street, working again with Dominick & Dominick. That same year he joined Arnold S. Bleichroeder, where he met George Soros, and together founded the Quantum Fund. This has opened a new era of global macrotrading and inspired numerous imitations and spin-offs. In the book "Money Masters of Our Time," Jim Rogers writes about that time "the most important thing in my life was work. I did not do anything until I had completed my work." To emphasize this professional ethic , it is good to remember that he did not made any holiday for ten years. In 1980, Jim Rogers has decided to "retire" at 37 years. Since then he has spent much of his time traveling and supporting the causes of philanthropic and taking on many high profile roles in the media. However, he continues to be an active investor and media commentator
Jim Rogers "the 19th century was the century of the UK , the 20th century was the century of the US , the 21 st century is going to be the century of China "

RT discusses UK's economic and political situation with author, financial commentator and investor Jim Rogers . The Us and Britain are both BANKRUPT! PERIOD! How the fuck is the US going to pay 14 trillion bucks? Don't know what Englands debt is? Can someone tell me? How about the fucken interest on these debts? Britian gross external debt is 9 trillion $ you should go to the wikipidia page on external debt there is a list there of countries by external debt but also other lists like public debt etc. etc. etc.

You may also wan't to check out us national debt clock real time. just type it into google it will come at the top of the page.Strongly agree about the military. A single one of their aircrafts can cost anything more than £750,000...they are not cheap at all. We don't need protecting at the moment. I think Germany is playing nice now (I sure hope!) and here we are fighting a war in afghan for no fucking reason. Pull them out, stop building tanks and what not...save tons of dosh and save lifes at the same time
