Jim Rogers On Moody's Warning Of US Downgrade , Moody's says it's reviewing America's top triple-A debt rating for a downgrade : " The US Rating rating should have been downgraded years ago , I do not know why they just now getting around to it , we know that the rating agencies do not have much of a clue about anything they get everything wrong in sub-prime they gotten everything wrong for a long time , I do not know why they do not understand what's going on
