The Chinese have more or less seemed to have stopped buying what they
were before, their holding in U.S. Government Bonds, at least what they
report is not going up very much, so that seems to have slowed down. The
Japanese likewise. It is partially because they all know what I think I
know, that the U.S. Dollar is a terribly flawed currency, they are
trying to diversify away from the U.S. Dollar, so I think they have more
or less stopped now. At least stopped increasing their positions, their
ownership and more and more people are trying to move away from the
U.S. Dollar.
